Write SwiftUI in a Swift Playgrounds App Project, Not a Regular App Project!

haven’t really messed around with this option, which appears as a template when you select File > New > Project… in Xcode.
Confusingly File > New > Playground… does not contain the same option, but it does have a Single View template that is entirely based in UIKit, not SwiftUI.
