Use .toolbarBackground To Customise a Navigation Bar in iOS 16

Here’s a way to change the colour of a toolbar, in this case the navigation bar. I’ve put a NavigationLink inside a NavigationStack, and this requires the user to tap it in order to go to a second screen. That destination screen is a List that displays items numbered from zero to 10.
