Create a Converter For US, UK and European Shoe Sizes

My feet are pretty big, and it’s often hard to find a shoe size chart that goes up to my size. To deal with this I created an app that converts any shoe size, because all of the converters I found online used drop down menus instead of text fields. I’m going to start by defining 4 regions:
