Change The Saturation of a View And Its Subviews

Greyscale images have a colour saturation of zero, while full colour images have the maximum saturation. In SwiftUI there is a modifier that allows you to change this setting to a value between zero and one.
To demonstrate this I am providing three overlapping rectangles in three different colours.
