Apply Mask and Stroke With One Modifier

When I was writing yesterday’s Daily Coding Tip I realised it would be useful to be able to apply a mask and overlay a stroked outline at the same time. For that tutorial I applied the same shape as a mask and then again as an overlay, and I thought it would be useful to be able to only pass the shape to one modifier.
